Privacy notice

Quartermaster uses the owner's selected equipment inventory and manual index to answer equipment and documentation questions within their private JARVIS installation.

Google access

The application requests only Google's read-only Sheets permission. This permission can cover all spreadsheets accessible to the consenting account. The application's trusted configuration restricts its actual reads to two selected spreadsheets and bounded ranges. It reads displayed cell values and spreadsheet and tab identifiers; it cannot edit a sheet through this connection.

How information is used

Quartermaster matches equipment entries to indexed reference documents and their current approval status. It displays selected equipment and manual-coverage information in JARVIS. If the installation's AI equipment tools are enabled, selected equipment and manual-reference fields may be sent to OpenAI to generate the requested answer. The equipment report excludes quantities, serial numbers, owners, locations, prices, network details, and unrelated notes. Those fields may be present in the configured source range but are not included in the report or AI tool output.

Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used by this application to train a general-purpose AI model. Access is used to provide the equipment and documentation features described here. The application's use and transfer of Google API information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Spreadsheet snapshots are held in the JARVIS service's memory and replaced only after a complete refresh. They are cleared when that service restarts. Refresh records contain source identifiers, timestamps, content digests and row counts, not raw spreadsheet cells; these records use encrypted operational storage and a seven-day active expiry. Expiry does not promise immediate removal from existing backups.

Google application credentials and the refresh grant are stored privately on the owner-operated JARVIS server. Short-lived access tokens are held in memory. Equipment tool results and answers derived from them are excluded from later conversation replay. Separately imported documents, conversation records and existing backups have their own storage and retention rules; disconnecting Google does not delete those materials.

Your controls

You can revoke JARVIS's Google connection in your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized refreshes; an already cached snapshot may remain visible until the JARVIS service is restarted or the cache is replaced. Ask your JARVIS administrator to disable the equipment connection, clear the service cache and remove its stored grant. Source spreadsheets remain in your Google account.

For access, correction or deletion requests involving local records and backups, contact your installation administrator using the support contact shown on the Google consent screen. The administrator must assess separately retained documents and backups rather than assume that revoking a token removes every copy.

This website

These information pages contain no analytics, advertising, account form or embedded tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection and server logs. No JARVIS server address, household inventory or credentials are published here.

Changes

The notice will be updated when the application's data practices change. Additional capabilities must disclose their data use before requesting broader access.
