Terms of use

JARVIS Quartermaster is an owner-operated equipment and documentation assistant for invited users.

Authorized use

Connect only an account and spreadsheets you are authorized to use for this purpose. Google authorization is separate from permission to administer JARVIS. Access to equipment information does not grant authority to change infrastructure, operate devices or make purchases.

Information and limitations

Equipment reports describe the selected spreadsheet ranges at their recorded acquisition time. They may be incomplete or stale. Document associations and generated answers may contain errors. Confirm current equipment, compatibility and vendor guidance before using an answer for installation, maintenance or purchasing decisions.

Control and availability

The installation owner manages access, source selections and availability. You may disconnect Google through your account settings. Local records, documents and backups are managed separately as described in the privacy notice. This application does not promise uninterrupted access or continuous monitoring.
